Data Sources and Methodology
This page explains where our market information comes from, how calculated figures are produced, and the limits users should understand.
Reviewed 14 August 2026Market data
Displayed quotes are delayed third-party market data and are not exchange-certified real-time prices. Each stock page shows its source, update time, and whether the latest refresh was unavailable.
Company and security listings are based on publicly available NSE directory information. Confirm time-sensitive prices with an exchange-authorized source or broker before acting.
Support and resistance
Support and resistance are descriptive statistics calculated from recent trading data. They identify recent lower and upper price areas; they are not guaranteed price floors, ceilings, or trading recommendations.
Next-session outlook
The displayed range is an 80% statistical interval derived from realized volatility over the previous 20 trading sessions. Direction uses recent price behavior, and confidence describes model strength rather than the probability of profit.
News, corporate actions, gaps, liquidity, and unusual volatility can move a security outside the estimated range. The calculation is educational and must not be treated as a target or recommendation.
