NSE normal equity trading opens at 9:15 AM and closes at 3:30 PM IST on trading days.

NSE pre-open timing

The regular pre-open session starts at 9:00 AM. Order collection runs for approximately eight minutes with a system-driven random close, followed by matching and transition to normal trading.

NSE normal market hours

The normal and odd-lot equity market operates from 9:15 AM until 3:30 PM IST. Other segments and sessions use different schedules.
